Terms & Conditions

All items are considered to be in-stock and available to ship unless otherwise noted on the "availability" description of the product page.  Most items marked "out of stock" means Wilson Gun & Ammo does not have any directly on hand.  However most items can be ordered and received within 5-7 business days.  If timing is critical on an "out of stock" item, we highly recommend contacting us first to verify backorder duration prior to purchase.  Availability is not guaranteed for "out of stock" items and order cancellation is subject to our standard return/refund policy.

Trade-in values will be given after all firearm information (model #, age, condition, accessories included, etc.) and pictures are received.  Values are based on a set percentage of the retail value. The retail value is determined by using 1-Gun Value Books and 2-Average sale prices for comparable items sold at auction within the last 3-6 months.

All returns must be initiated within 5 days of a local sale or delivery to FFL/customer for online orders. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs (if applicable) and subject to a 15% restocking fee. If return is due to an error by Wilson Gun & Ammo, shipping costs (if applicable) will be prepaid and no restocking fee assessed. All items must be in original condition and un-used.  The customer is responsible for fully inspecting the firearm before completing the transfer at their FFL.  Once a NEW firearm has been transferred, any repair or replacement must be done through the manufacturer. Any NEW firearm returns that have already been transferred, can no longer be marketed as 'NEW' and therefore the refund value will be pro-rated on top of the 15% restocking fee.  All ammo sales are final.

In order to provide the greatest flexibility to the customer, Wilson Gun & Ammo allows payment by credit card, check, money order or cash (in person transactions only).  Mailed payments which are not certified will delay shipment up to 10 business days to allow for funds to clear.  Examples of certified funds are official bank checks, USPS money orders or any form of payment where funds are guaranteed and can be verified through the issuing entity.  All other payments such as personal checks are not certified and will be subject to the fund clearing period.  Credit cards are preferred, however due to high Merchant account fees, orders will be subject to a 3% surcharge to partially cover these fees.

All refunds will be paid via a company check regardless of original payment method.  If a credit card refund is requested, it will be less an additional convenience fee and must be processed over the phone.  Wilson Gun & Ammo does not store any credit card information. Credit card convenience fees are non-refundable.

Wilson Gun & Ammo  cannot be held liable for damages or injury resulting from used or new firearm use. Upon Wilson Gun & Ammo acquisition, all used firearms are visually and functionally inspected and sold AS-IS. Most used firearms are not 'live fire' tested at the range.  The customer is responsible for having a certified gunsmith inspect the used firearm for safety.

Wilson Gun & Ammo does offer a layaway program for firearms.  A down payment of 20% will be charged on initial sale, and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due within 45 days however you would like to pay it.  If, at the end of the 45 days, the remaining balance has not been paid in full, any amount over the 20% down payment will be refunded and the firearm will be placed back on the market.

Wilson Gun & Ammo does not provide any warranty in addition to the manufacturer. All items marketed as 'NEW' carry their full manufacturer's warranty.
